Suzhou Calmcar Electronics Technology Co., Limited ("Calmcar"), founded in 2016, is a leading intelligent driving solutions provider in China. CalmCar offers a comprehensive suite of intelligent driving solutions to the global market that span the automation levels of L2-L2+ and L4. CalmCar is the largest software-focused L2-L2+ intelligent driving solutions provider in China，both in terms of the overseas shipment volume of factory-installed solutions in 2024，according to CIC.

For L2-L2+ solutions, CalmCar offers intelligent driving and parking solutions as well as intelligent cockpit solutions with active safety features such as DMS. According to CIC, CalmCar is the second largest software-focused L2-L2+ solutions provider in China that provides both driving and parking solutions and the third largest DMS solutions provider, both in terms of installation volume in 2024. As the first among all Chinese peers to obtain EU DDAW and ADDW certifications, CalmCar is the third largest DMS solutions provider by installation volume in 2024.

For L4 solutions, CalmCar enables customers to achieve large-scale deployment and commercial operation of various L4 vehicles, such as Robobuses, Robotrucks, Robotaxis and Robosweepers. This capability is supported by its comprehensive portfolio: Intelligent Driving Kits and Turnkey Solutions for rapid vehicle integration, Vehicle-Road-Cloud Systems for enhanced coordination, the Remote Driving Platform for safety assurance, and the L4 Fleet Operation Platform for efficient fleet management. Furthermore, Calmcar operates on a dual-track approach, strategically aligning its L2-L2+ and L4 solutions. This dual-track approach fosters a virtuous data closed-loop, strengthens our competitive advantages in intelligent driving solutions, and establishes a synergistic, mutually reinforcing development mode for our L2-L2+ and L4 solutions.

Calmcar has established extensive business relationships with renowned domestic and international OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, creating a diverse, multi-platform, and multi-regional collaborative ecosystem. As of the latest practicable date, Calmcar had collaborated with over 24 OEMs, including nine of the top ten OEMs in China by 2024 sales volume. The company has also been expanding globally and was among the earliest Chinese companies to deploy L2-L2+ solutions in overseas markets.
